摘要
本文采用内循环无梯度反应器,在工业条件范围内,特别在高转化率下,测定了S101-2H型工业粒度(Φ9/Φ4×15~20mm)环状钒催化剂的宏观反应速率。用非线性最小二乘参数估值法确定了幂函数型二氧化硫氧化宏观动力学方程。
The reaction rate of SO2 oxidation,particularly at high conversion on S101-2H ring-shaped vanadium catalyst(φ9/ φ4×15-20mm) in industrial operating conditions was studied in a gradientless reactor with internal recirculation. A rate equation of SO2 oxidation was developed by least square parameter estimation.
