摘要
对皂荚一年生幼苗分别用 1 0 0 %、73%、5 0 %、2 5 % 4种不同光照强度进行处理 ,结果表明 :相对光强为 5 0 %时对其生长最有利 ,此时株高、径生长均达到最大 ,而随着光照强度的增加 ,叶长、叶宽、叶面积均减小 ;叶片解剖表明 ,随着光照强度的增加 ,叶厚度增加 ,角质层、栅栏组织的相对厚度增加 ,海绵组织的相对厚度减小 ,叶绿素含量逐渐增加。不同光照强度下 ,皂荚一年生幼苗光合速率日进程差异明显 ,主要表现为峰型、峰值不同 。
year Gleditsia sinensis seedlings were grown in the conditions of full light (S100), 73% of full sun (S73), 50% of full sun(S50),and 25% of full sun(S25).The result showed that relative light intensity 50% was the best light condition for growth of Gleditsia sinensis seedlings with the largest growth of both height and diameter. With the light intensity increasing, the leaf length, leaf width and leaf area all reduced. The leaf dissection showed that with the light intensity increased, leaf thickness, (horniness) layer thickness, relative thickness of railing tissue added, relative thickness of sponge tissue shrinked and the contents of chlorophyll increased. The diurnal curve of photosynthetic rate of 1-year Gleditsia sinensis seedlings in different light intensities was different remarkably, with the different peak pattern, summit values and times.
