Involving Poor Community Organizations in Poverty Reduction——International Non-government Organization’s Experiences and Revelations

培育贫困村基层组织参与扶贫开发具有极其重要意义。本文从九个方面对过去十多年来国际非政府组织 (NGO)扶贫实践中培育基层组织参与社区发展的经验与教训进行系统总结。以此为基础 ,分析了培育贫困村基层组织参与扶贫开发的困难与条件及目标定位 。

To build the capacity of poor community organizations and involve them in poverty reduction process has very (important) significance. This document will state and sum up from 9 aspects, the experiences and lessons of involving poor (community) organizations in poverty reduction interventions adopted by international non-government organizations, on the base of that, analyze current environment and identify difficulties and target for community organizations involvement, and provide feasible (recommendations).
