新疆某砂岩铀矿碱法地浸加压溶解氧浸出试验 被引量:21

摘要 较为详细地介绍了砂岩铀矿碱法地浸加压溶解氧浸出的试验结果。结果表明,砂岩铀矿实施低碱耗溶解氧地浸技术是有可能的。在O2分压980kPa(溶解O2质量浓度约300mg/L)条件下,溶浸剂中NaHCO3质量浓度5g/L,平均流速0 34m/d,浸出16d,总液固体积质量比达4 08L/kg,铀浸出率为86%;溶浸剂中NaHCO3质量浓度1g/L,平均流速0 13m/d,浸出96d,总液固体积质量比达9 42L/kg,铀浸出率为76%。 The test results on alkaline in-situ leaching of sand stone uranium ore from Xinjing under pressure dissolved oxygen are introduced in detail. The results show that the technique is reliable. When oxygen pressure is 10 kg/cm^2 (dissolved oxygen concentration is about 300 mg/L), leaching regent NaHCO_3 concentration is 5 g/L, average flow rate is 0.34 m/d, leaching 16 days with total liquid/solid ratio 4.08, uranium leaching rate is 86%. When leaching regent NaHCO_3 concentration is 1 (g/L), average flow rate is 0.13 m/d, leaching 96 days with total liquid/solid ratio 9.42, uranium lea-ching rate is 76%.
