摘要
虚拟企业实质上就是借用、整合外部资源,以提高企业竞争力的一种资源配置模式,虚拟经营模式也逐渐成为物流企业所选择的模式,但也带来企业人力资源管理的变革。因此,必须处理好新的文化冲突,建立企业间的信任机制,以利于建立和提升企业的核心能力。
In fact the virtual enterprise is a kind of resource distribution mode of using, combining outside resources to improve of the enterprise competitiveness. The virtual management mode becomes the mode that the material flow enterprise chooses gradually,but it brings the change of manpower resources management of the enterprise too. In order to setting up and promoting key ability of the enterprise, it must handle the new cultural conflict well and set up the trust mechanism among the enterprise.
