This paper discusses the function that the logistics service supplies in EC and SCM, and the development in coordination of and e-commerce and logistics service, it is the fundamental guarantee that information flow , trader flowed and realized with the funds finally to define the logistics service, the development of the logistics service is a profit source of e-commerce, thus put forward the countermeasure research of developing logistics service under e-commerce further.
