摘要
通过讨论企业物流部门组织模式对物流成本的影响,分析了第三方物流和企业自营在降低物流成本中的利弊,并提出通过建立直线———矩阵复合型物流组织模式来降低物流成本。
The organization mode of logistics department has a great influence upon logistics cost. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the TPL and self-manage logistic, and proposes the way of reducing logistic cost by organizational mode of straight-line combined with matrix.
