The Development of E-government of Guizhou and Countermeasures

贵州电子政务建设20世纪末已开始起步,也取得了一些初步成果。但是,由于经济落后的省情,决定了贵州省信息化发展仍属于水平较低的第五类地区之一。必须从贵州的实际出发,学习先进地区的成功经验,采取切实可行的对策措施,推进贵州电子政务及政府信息化的建设发展。

The development of E-government of Guizhou statrted from the end of the 20th century and has made the preliminary achievements. However, because of laggard economy, this information-based development belongs to one of 'The Fifth Type of Areas'. We must consider the reality of Guizhou, study the successful experiences of the advanced areas, take feasible countermeasures and advance the construction and development of E-government and government's informationalization of Guizhou.
