我国建筑业开展工程总承包的基本理论研究

Basic Theory Researched of the Developing General Contracts of Civil Engineering in the Construction industry

本文从我国建筑业现状出发,运用西方经济学的理论,论证了大力开展工程总承包将形成建筑业新的经济增长点与增长力;从产业组织理论角度论证了大力开展工程总承包能在一定程度上改变我国建筑市场的过度竞争现状,优化产业资源配置;运用交易成本理论分析可知,大力开展工程总承包,能减少交易费用和提升建筑企业的竞争力。

On the basis of the present situation of our construction industry, this paper has deduced that developing general contracts of civil engineering will generate new economy increasing power and point of our construction in-dustry by applying western economics theory, will change the excessive contend to some extend among our construc-tion enterprises and optimize the construction of the resource of construction industry according to industrial organ-ism theory; and will decrease the transaction cost and raise the competition ability of our construction enterprises by applying the theory of transaction cost.
