摘要
本文叙述的是采用反相高效液相色谱法,ODSC18为填料和紫外检测器分离测定苯磺隆。结果表明,其标准偏差为0.0013,变异系数为0.11%,回收率为99.97%,线性相关系数为0.9998。
It was introduccd that the quantitative analysis of tribenuron-methyl by reversed phase HPLC,packing with ODS-C18 and using UV detector .The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.001 3,the coefficient of variation was 0.11%,the average recovcry was 99.97%,linear correlation was 0.999 8.
