摘要
本文从研制高精度随动系统出发,详细分析了PWM驱动器的数学模型及特性,提出一种简单易行的转速估计器,并在此基础上开发出一种适于中小功率直流力矩电机的新型PWM驱动器。该驱动器采用VMOS器件,两种驱动方式相切换,强弱电隔离,具有频带宽、抗干扰能力强、自保护、转速估计输出、结构简单等特点,应用于实际随动系统中,能使系统达到很高的精度。
With a view to develop high accuracy servo system,this paper gives a detailed analysis on mathematical model and character of PWM driver,puts forward a simple rotational velocity estimator. On this basis the paper developes a new PWM driver suitable for medium-small power DC torque motor, This driver uses VMOS devices, has two driving methods,isolates power cicuit from signal circuit,and has characteristics such as wide frenquency width,high anti-disturbance ability,self-protection,rotational velocity estimation output,simple structure,etc. The driver has been applied to a practical servo system, which reached very high accuracy.
