摘要
南化公司研究院开发的LD型电除尘器,使用条件合理,可比使用旧式电除尘器多回收炉气余热的12.8~18.5%。运行时各绝缘箱的电加热器可停开,选用小功率高效率的传动电机,以及保温结构、气流分布装置等,具有明显的节能效果。规定的设计除尘效率合理,既能满足生产要求,又使设备体积小、重量轻,节省投资,降低能耗。
LD-Sesies electrostatic prccipitator developed by NCICRI based on reasonable design can increase the waste heat recovery from roaster gas by 12.8%-18.5% compared with the conventional precipitator. The electric heaters for insulation boxes may be cut off when the precipitator is running. Lower-powered moter is chosen for rappers and significant energy saving is gained in thermal insulation structure and gas distributors. A proper collection efficiency has been selected for a compromise of meeting both the production requirment and investment economy.
