摘要
本系统是我国在焊剂生产过程中首次开发成功的微机控制系统。系统针对中小型鼠笼电动机类型的控制对象,探讨了偏差自适应控制和Fuzzy控制二种优化方案。结果表明控制方案的优化是节能途径之一。新型能耗制动技术解决了中小型鼠笼型电动机制动难的问题。
This system is a microcomputer system, which is the first successful development for the weld-material productive process in our country. It inquires into two optimal schemes, Error self-turnning control and fuzzy control for middle-sized and 'Small-sized squirrel-cage motors. It indicates that the optimization of control schemes is one way of save energy. the new type brake technique of energy-expend resolves the problems of brake in middle-sized and small-sized ratcage motors.
