摘要
针对高性能数控装置的开发需求与工作特点,本文探讨了一种以永磁式同步电机作为执行元件,以96系列单片机8095为核心控制单元的高性能CNC交流进给伺服系统的设计方案,并从同步电机的控制机理出发,讨论了系统的总体设计思想,包括系统软、硬件结构的设计与分析等,完成了整机系统的初步性能实验,验证了方案的可行性。最后,给出了系统实验结果与研究结论。
In accordance of the develop request and control characteristic of high performance NC equipment,this paper studies a design of high performance CNC-AC-servo-control system for the permanent magnet sychronous motor using MCS96 as the key control unit. From the control mechanism of SYNC motor,the total design thinking have been discussed,including the software and hardware structure analyses of system. The initial performance tests of the system have been perfected. At last,the test results and the stuty conclusion have been presented.
