摘要
本文论述了一种新型的,具有很高开关频率锁定的,三相滞环非线性控制电流跟踪型SPWM逆变器。功率开关采用新型场控功率半导体器件IGBT,其开关频率可达20kHz。文中讨论了这种逆变器的控制原理和控制特性,以及数学描述。理论分析和驱动电机的运行结果表明,它能实现对交流电动机(感应电动机和永磁同步电动机)的准确控制,具有良好的静态、动态性能。
A new type of three-phase current-hysteresis-nonlinear controlled current-followed SPWM VSI with maximum switching frequencylocked is proposed in this paper, which is developed by author. The power switches use a new field-controlled power-semiconductor-device IGBT, the switching frequency is up to 20kHz.The control principle and characteristics of theinverter and its mathematical describe are discussed. The results of theoretical analysis and drive experiment confirm that this inverter can accomplish accurate control for AC motor (both IM and PMSM).It has excellent static and dynamic performances.
