高精度四辊可逆冷带轧机模拟-数字混合式张力控制方法

The Analogue-digital Compound Tension Control Method of High Accuracy Four-high Reversible Cold Strip Rolling Mill

为了满足高精度冷带轧机对张力控制精度的要求,本文在分析模拟张力控制系统控制原理及存在的问题的基础上,提出并实现了恒张力控制的模拟—数字混合式控制方法,克服了原模拟张力控制系统固有的弱点,显著提高了张力控制精度,为保证高精度四辊可逆冷带轧机的稳定生产创造了良好条件。

In order to satisfy the requirement of tension control precision for high accuracy cold strip rolling mill,this paper gives and realizes the method of analogue-digital compound constant tension control based on analysing the control theory and existing problems of the original analogue tension control system. This method overcomes the inherent drawback of the original system,improves the tension control precision obviously, and creates a good condition to assure the rolling mill working steady.
