Research Progress of Plant Germplasm in Vitro Conservation

植物种质资源保存主要有原地保存、异地保存和设施保存 3种方式。设施保存是当前最有效、最安全的保存方式 ,它包括种子低温保存、超低温保存及种质离体保存等方法。文中综述了植物种质资源设施保存 3种方法的原理与技术特点 ,设施保存技术在植物种质资源保存中的应用 ,以及当前研究的热点与发展趋势。

There are three forms to conserve plant germplasm: in situ conservation, ex situ conservation and in vitro conservation, of which the in virto conservation is the most effective and safel way. The in vitro conservation include three ways, that is genebank, cryopreservation and in virto culture. This paper summarized the theory and technological characteristics, the utilities of plant germplasm conservation, and the research focus and development trends of the three ways of in vitro conservation.
