摘要
乳山县化工厂20kt/a硫酸装置,采用余热锅炉—电除尘器—内喷文氏管—泡沫塔—间冷器—电除雾器稀酸洗净化工艺,3+1,Ⅲ Ⅰ-Ⅳ Ⅱ转化流程。冷却水循环使用。投产以来各项指标均达到设计要求。
The process arrangement of weak acid scrubbing in 20kt/a Rushan County Chemical Plant's sulphuric acid system is as follows: waste heat boiler-electrostatic precipitator-centre spray Venluri-foaming tower-indirect gas cooler-wet precipitator. In conversion stage, a four-bed converter in( 3 + 1 ) configuration with Ⅲ Ⅰ-Ⅳ Ⅱ heat exchange mode is adopted. The cooling water is used in recirculation. The system has reached all design targets since start up.
