摘要
为制备载银抗菌累托石粉体,对累托石负载银离子的影响因素进行了较为系统的实验研究。结果表明:累托石悬浮液质量分数和溶液中银离子的初始浓度对累托石的含银量和溶液中银离子的交换率影响最明显,其次是溶液pH值、反应时间,而温度的影响没有其它因素明显。在优化条件下,累托石的含银量和溶液中银离子的交换率分别可达7.52%和92.84%。
In order to prepare antibacterial powder of Ag-type rectorite,the factors affecting the adsorption of Ag^+ on the rectorite were investigated. As a result,the concentration of rectorite suspension and initial silver ion in solution had most obvious effect on silver content of rectorite and exchange rate of silver ion in solution,secondly the solution pH and reaction time, and the influence of temperature is not as obvious as other factors. On optimized condition the silver content of rectorite and the exchange rate of silver ion in solution is 7.52% and 92.84% respectively.
