论新时期中国涉外婚姻的特征与走向——以上海市为例

Characteristics and Trends or Cross-Nation Marriage in Modern Shanghai

中国的涉外婚姻起步晚,发展快,经济开放使上海市成为中国涉外婚姻发展最快的地区。在上海市的涉外婚姻中,外国男性娶上海市女性的“顺势组合”占绝对优势,婚姻的国际化程度日益提高;离婚者参与涉外婚姻的情形比较普遍,显示了这类人群婚姻观念的开放性;平均结婚年龄高,外嫁婚姻的夫妻年龄差距过大;涉外婚姻的受教育程度高,属于文化优势阶层。涉外婚姻存在商业化倾向,感情基础相对单薄。涉外婚姻的过快增长宏观上也造成上海本地婚配人群的素质错位。涉外婚姻的未来目标是平衡、平等的国际家庭。

Although started late, cross-nation marriage has developed quite fast in China. Shanghai is one of the areas with more cross-nation marriages. There has appeared a close correlation between numbers of cross-nation marriage and foreign investment in the city. The majority of the couples are in the 'lean style' with Shanghai females marrying overseas males. Nearly half of the correspondents are remarried after divorce. The average age at the marriage is relatively old, while the age gap between the couples is larger. These couples belong more or less to well-educated upper strata. In the process of matching there are more trading and even cheating than true love.
