Mass Selection of Pure Breeds and Productive Techniques of Hybrids Between Oreochromis aurea and O. niloticus

为提高罗非鱼雄性率 ,取淡水渔业研究中心引进的奥本品系的奥利亚罗非鱼和尼罗罗非鱼 ,通过群体选育保存亲本的优良性状 ,用尼罗罗非鱼♀×奥利亚罗非鱼♂的杂交手段 ,繁育的杂交种奥尼鱼雄性率 95 %以上。 6a来选育的后备亲本共 75万尾 ,生产奥尼鱼苗 5 .2亿尾。

In this article, taking Auborne tilapia pure lines, which were introduced from American by Freshwater Fishery Research Centre, as parents for hybrids production, the means of mass selection was used in order to preserve the excellent parental traits and in-crease the male proportion. The male proportion was more than 95% through the crossbreeding between O.nilotica♀and O.aurea ♂over 6 years, 0.75 million of replacement parents had been cultured, 0.52 billion of hybridized tilapia fingerlings were produced.
