On Limit of National Laws in the Process of Jural development in Rural Areas

国家法本身具有一定的缺陷 ,而当国家法向农村社会渗透和延伸的时候 ,从制度设计和文化发展的视角和层面看 ,国家法的缺陷更加明显 ,而这种缺陷的存在又为民间法的发展留下了制度空间 ,为民间法与国家法的互动提供了可能和条件。

With certain defects, the national laws reveals obvious limits in its systematical design and cultural development when extending in rural areas. But on the other hand, these defects leave space for the development of civilian laws and the interaction between civilian laws and national laws.
