春秋战国时期是中国传统社会成文法兴起的阶段 ,成文法兴起是社会多种因素综合作用的结果。本文试图从西周到春秋战国时期政治运行方式的变化出发 。

Both Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period are the moment when the Chinese traditional written law rose. The thesis narrates the changes of run mode of politics from West Zhou Empire to the age of Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period, and discusses the effects of decline of paragon politics to the rise of written law.
