摘要
随着我国经济体制改革和劳动制度改革的不断深入 ,我国的劳动争议的呈现出新的特点 ,同时现行的劳动争议处理制度存在的缺陷也日益暴露。因此笔者认为需要对我国的劳动争议处理制度进行重构 ,实行“或裁或审和特别的审判专属管辖”
Along with the reform of economic system and labour system, labour dispute of our country display some new characteristics. At the same time, more and more defects of the labour system were discovered. Therefore, the author suggests that we must reconstruct the labour dispute system. In the end the author brings up some concrete viewpoints.
