On the System Arrangement of American Sci-tech Investment in Socialization

作为世界第一经济强国的美国同时又是世界第一科技强国的一个突出缘由在于其科技投入社会化机制,也是新经济在美国率先崛起的内在条件。探讨美国科技投入社会化制度安排的内容和特点,以及其基础构建的途径,以期有助于我国科技能力的建设。

A prominent reason why America is the first economic power and the first sci-tech power in the world lies in its socializing mechanism of sci-tech investment, which is also the innate qualification for American's leading rise in new economy. This paper states the content and characteristics of the socializing system arrangement of American sci-tech investment, and its approach to fundamental construction as well. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the construction of China' sci-tech competence.
