Comparative Research between Supply Chain and Virtual Enterprise

随着经济全球化的加剧,供应链管理和动态联盟在世界范围内广泛使用,它们通过企业间的合作以获取竞争优势和把握市场机会。供应链是企业在战略上整合其关键供应商和顾客,而动态联盟是企业为了把握某一具体市场机遇而联合形成的动态的、临时的合作组织。它们既具有相似性,又具有独特性。本文在阐述供应链和动态联盟模式基本原理的基础上,辨别它们的异同点,并描述了这两种关系模式间的演化过程。

With the development of economic globalization, supply chain management (SCM) and virtual enterprise (VE) have been adopted world-wide. These concepts achieve competitive advantages and exploit marketing opportunities. SCM is the network that enterprises strategically integrate their key suppliers and customers, while VE can be defined as a dynamic and temporary form of cooperation among enterprises with the purpose of exploiting a specific business opportunity. Both models have some similarities and yet many peculiarities. On the basis of discussing the basic principles of SCM and VE, this article compares these two models and then analyzes their migration processes.
