摘要
荷电水雾振弦栅除尘是一种对微细粉尘有较高的除尘效率的新型高效除尘技术。水雾经过电晕荷电或感应荷电后 ,利用振弦栅的声能效果使水雾和粉尘进行碰撞、截留、扩散等 ,加强了对微细粉尘的收集。在阐述水雾荷电方法和原理的基础上 ,研究分析了水雾捕尘和湿式振弦栅除尘技术的机理 ,总结出影响振弦栅除尘效率的主要因素有振弦栅的材料、振动频率、过流风速及层数等 。
Vibrating grid dedusting with charged fog is a new type high-efficiency dedusting technology, especially for microfine dust particles. After corona charging or induction charging, the droplets interact with the dust by inertial impaction, interception and diffusion due to sound energy effect, enhancing the collection of microfine dust particles. Based on the description of the method and principles of charged fog, the mechanism of the technology of dust collection by charged fog and wet dedusting by vibrating grid is studied and the main factors affecting the vibrating grid dedusting are found to be the material, vibration frequency, wind velocity and layer number of the vibrating grid, thus laying a foundation for its industrial application.
