人类通过为我关系建构了与自然世界相对应的文化世界。人的存在及其活动是文化世界的核心。实践活动在本质上的自由特性决定了人的本性是自由的。作为对文化世界观念反映的人文精神的本质规定,就是对自由的追求,体现着对以人为本和人的全面发展的终极关怀。对人文精神的理解见仁见智,但有正确与错误之分。人文精神必须在文化世界中发展,社会主义市场经济以特殊方式体现市场经济的一般本质,对人文精神的弘扬有积极和消极的双重作用。

Human beings build the culture world corresponding with the natural world through' for-me relation'. The existence and activities of human beings are the core of the culture world. The nature of liberty, the essence of practice, decides that the human nature is liberty. The essential provision of the sprit of humanism as a reflection of the concepts of the culture world is to pursue liberty and to embody the ultimate caring for the human-centered overall development of human beings. Understandings about humanism vary with people, but there are correct understandings and misunderstandings. The sprit of humanism must develop in culture world. The system of socialist market economy, which embodies the general nature of market economy with special ways, has both positive and negative effects on the development of the sprit of humanism.
