土地是农民重要的生产资料 ,我国“土地承包法”对稳定农村土地承包关系起了重要作用 ,同时 ,也对土地的流转进行了规定 ,然而 ,土地所有权主体不明 ,在一定程度上影响了土地的流转 ,土地流转的方式 ,程序需要进一步规范 ,以促进土地流转的有序化。

Land is one of the most important productive materials for peasants. China's Law of Land Contract stabilized the relations of land contract and regulated transactions of land. However,the subject of land ownership is not obvious. It impacted the transaction of land. The modes and procedures of land transaction need to be standardized. Only in this way can the land transactions be carried on in perfect order.
