摘要
恐怖主义是当今世界的公害之一 ,随着国际恐怖主义活动日渐猖獗 ,国际恐怖主义分子在我国境内利用恐怖手段进行的刑事犯罪活动 ,成为危害公共安全和社会稳定的新问题。公安机关应建立起指挥统一 ,高速灵敏等应急机制 ,相应的构建我国的反恐机构以及反恐部队 ,坚决打击任何形式的恐怖主义 ,积极消除滋生恐怖主义的土壤 ,维护国家的安全和稳定。
Terrorism is one of social effects of pollution in the world. While the actions of the international terrorists become more and more desperate,they increased the damage degree in China. While acting,they took terrifying means. The crimes of terrorists turn into new problems which do harm to public security and stability of society. Public security organs should establish a system which can meet all kinds of emergency efficiently. At the same time ,it is very necessary and emergent to build professional anti-terrorism organs and troops
