学术论文是了解某一专业领域学术研究最新动态 ,进行学术研究之最基本工具。本文对我国现有法学论文电子资源进行了梳理 ,重点介绍了法学论文数据库的具体情况 ,对我国法学论文数据库状况进行了总体评价 ,并通过中外数据库的对比 ,指出了今后的发展方向。

Academic papers are not only the basic tools of academic researches,but also it can help people to find out the latest developments in a special field of study. This thesis,a somewhat overall survey of the electronic versions of papers on jurisprudence by Chinese scholars,focuses on the databases of papers on jurisprudence t,gives a detailed account of the Chinese databanks of papers on jurisprudence and points out the general orientation in jurisprudential database buildings.
