摘要 近年来,在许多真核生物中发现了一类内源性的、长度约22个核苷酸的小分子RNA——miRNA(microRNA)。miRNA的主要功能是调节内源基因表达,参与细胞周期调控及个体发育过程,同时与在RNAi中发现的siRNA具有很大的相关性,可能对基因功能研究、人类疾病防治及生物进化探索有重要意义。
