日本莽草的扦插育苗试验

Cutting Experiment of Illicium religiosum

采用不同种类、不同浓度的生根剂和不同浸渍时间处理插穗,以及不同的扦插基质和不同扦插季节的扦插育苗对比试验结果表明:日本莽草在浓度为100mg·L-1的ABT1号生根剂中浸渍1 5h后,于春季扦插在细河沙+蛭石+黄心土(1 1 1)的A1基质中,其成活率最高,达88 0%。

A series of Cutting experiments including different cuttages, different rooting agents, different soaking time, different media and different seasons were conducted on Illicium religiosum. The experimental results indicated that treating the cuttages of Illicium religiosum in ABT-1# rooting agent for 1.5 h, using the medium mixed by tiny river sand, vermiculite and yellow core soil, cutting in spring could achieve the most promising survival rate as 88.0 %.
