摘要
实验研究了STS、BA、8-HQ、蔗糖等化学药剂不同配方对小苍兰切花预处理的保鲜效果。对预处理的切花经置于鲜花专用箱内模拟贮运24小时后,取出于自来水中瓶插,观测其鲜重变化、瓶插寿命、单朵花期以及开花率。结果表明,处理E(BA1 0Mm+8-HQ250mg/L+蔗糖10%),能明显提高小苍兰切花的瓶插品质其保鲜效果较好。
Fresh preservation effects of pretreatment with different chemicals on cut Freesia flowers were studied. Cut freesia were pretreated by different concentration STS, BA, 8-HQ and sugar, then put them into a special sealed box in order to imitate preservation and transport. 24h later, took them out and put them in vases filled with water, then observe their weight, vase-life, every flower-life and blooming-rate. The results shows that pulsing solution with E(BA1.0Mm+8-HQ250mg/L+Sugar10 %) was the best for cut freesia. It distinctly improved the quality of cut freesia flowers, and gained a good fresh preservation effect.
