掺Nd_2O_3高折射率玻璃微球的制备与光学微腔效应研究 被引量:1

摘要  制备了掺有稀土发光材料的高折射率玻璃微球,并用XRD、Raman等进行了表征。实验结果表明,该玻璃微球粒径分布范围窄,光学性能好,其折射率约为1.93。用改造的显微拉曼光谱仪测量了微球上转换发光光谱,在其荧光光谱上发现了很强的形貌共振,并用光学微腔理论进行了解释。 High refractive index glass microspheres doped with Nd2O3 were prepared by melting down the powder of the mixture of the desired composition in a gas burner. The glass microspheres were characterized by power X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectrum. It was found that the uniformity of the component in the glass microsphere was good. The refractive index of glass was about 1.93. The strong morphology dependent resonances of the luminescence in the microsphere were observed. Based on the Mie scattering theory, the phenomenon was explained.
