摘要
设计了一种新工艺方法制备n HA/PA系列生物医用复合材料,利用各种检测手段分析复合材料的物相结构和性能,提出了复合材料两相间的化学键合方式和聚酰胺基体所发生的晶型转化。
A new method for preparing n-HA (nano-hycroxyapatite) and PA (Polyamide) series composite was investigated. The content of n-HA in the composites can be adjusted in the range of 10%~70wt% and n-HA crystals disperse uniformly in PA matirx. The synthesis procedure was simple and economical to fit for mass production. A few chemical bonding modes are present between n-HA and PA, such as ligand bonding of COO^- and Ca^(2+),hydrogen bonding of —NH and —OH, C=O and —OH as well as —NH and PO^(3-)_4. After forming composite, PA66 was transformed from α type crystal predominated to a mixture of more β type than α type crystal, and PA6 wass transformed from γ type crystal predominated to a more α type crystal mixture.
