摘要
20世纪 90年代以来 ,各种类型的金融危机频繁发生 ,使世界经济产生了巨大影响 ,国际资本纷纷表现出“逃往质量”现象 ,这种现象随着国际经济环境的不断恶化而愈发表现的更突出。本文首先分析了近年来国际资本“逃往质量”现象的表现 ,进一步探讨其对新兴市场和对我国的影响 ,在此基础上分析如何通过优化投资环境 。
Since 1990s,world economy has been impacted by frequent economic crises.As a result,international capital flow shows'Flight to Quality'.This phenomenon is being more and more obvious according to the international economic enviroment.This essay analyses the phenomenon of the'Flight to Quality'of international capital in recent years and discusses the signifance to China and other new-built markets.On this basis,this essay analyses how to guarantee China's attraction to international capital and how to promote the development of economy by making investment enviroment better and improving the quality of investment.
