乡镇企业是国民经济的重要支柱。我国西部地区乡镇企业的发展远远落后于东部 ,这已是不争的事实。在新时期新阶段 。
Town and township enterprises are important support of national economic. In our country, it is truth that the development of town and township enterprises in the west falls behind of it in the east. In the new area, we should study the problems about leaping over the development of town and township enterprises in the west by new thinking way.
