摘要
海尔集团是我国企业中进行流程再造成功的典型案例。本文通过对海尔流程再造过程的分析 ,总结出了我国企业在进行流程再造过程中的五个关键点 ,针对每个方面提出了相应的理论依据和检验标准 ,希望我国企业通过对这五个关键方面的把握 ,避免再造过程中的风险 。
Haier is the typical case of Business Process Reengineering in Chinese Corporations. By analyzing the process of business process reengineering in Haier, this paper succeeds in finding out five critical aspects of BPR for its implementation in China. The author wishes the enterprises of China to master the five aspects, so that they can avoid the high risks during the process of BPR, and then improve the core competitive ability successfully.
