进入WTO后指导研究生模式的变革

The Mode Change for Graduate Instruction after WTO Entry

我国目前正处在一个研究生教育大发展时期 ,由于导师少研究生多 ,造成研究生培养质量的下降。为了解决这个矛盾 ,文章着重介绍“舰队指导法” ,以及实现这个研究生培养模式的必要性和条件 ,从而在保证研究生培养质量的前提下 ,加速我国研究生教育的发展 。

Recently graduate education in China has been undergoing a rapid development. Nevertheless the fact that graduates outnumber tutors has let to the poor quality in graduate training. This article means to introduce 'Fleet instruction method' in an attempt to solve the inharmonious ratio between graduate and tutor. This method means to offer the necessary conditions for graduate training mode and to guarantee the graduate education quality for the purpose of accelerating graduate education development to accord with globe competition of graduate education after WTO entry.
