摘要
用气体雾化方法可以制备具有CaCu5型六方晶体结构MmNi5-x(CoMnAl)x的球形贮氢合金粉.其贮氢合金表面存在氧化层.气体雾化合金需要较长周期才能充分活化,然而气体雾化合金的循环寿命明显优于机械球磨合金.
AB_5-type hydrogen storage alloys with spherical size powders have been prepared by gas atomizing technique. The oxidation layers with a thickness of above 10nm were formed. The hydrogen storage alloy electrodes were completely active after long cycles. The alloy powders of gas atomizing have longer cycle life than those of mechanical milling.
