碳纤维致热混凝土的阻温特性研究 被引量:10

摘要 研究了不同碳纤维含量的混凝土 2 8d导电性和抗压强度。研究发现 ,碳纤维混凝土具有优良的导电性和力学性能 ,在碳纤维含量为 1.0 %时 ,抗压强度达到最大值 ,而碳纤维含量高于此值 ,导电性也无明显下降。同时还对碳纤维混凝土进行了电热效应实验 ,实验表明 ,碳纤维混凝土具有良好的电热效应和阻温特性 ,表现出 PTC效应和 NTC效应。当温度低于 10 0℃左右时 ,NTC效应占主导地位 ;当温度高于 10 0℃左右时 ,PTC效应占主导地位。 It was researched that the changes of the resistivity and 28 days compressive strength along with carbon fiber contents. It was found that carbon fiber concrete has fine conductive and mechanical properties and the greatest compressive strength when containing 1.0% carbon fiber, and the resistivity doesn't decrease obviously when contents of carbon fiber are more than 1.0%. Electro-thermal efficiency of carbon fiber concrete was experimented. It shows that electro-thermal efficiency and resistivity-temperature properties of carbon concrete are excellent and it put up PTC and NTC. NTC is primary under around 100 ℃, and PTC is primary above round 100 ℃.
