稳心颗粒对冠心病患者QT离散度的影响

The Effect of Wengxin Granule to the QT Dispersion(QTd)of the Patients with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD)

探讨稳心颗粒对冠心病患者 QT离散度 ( QTd)的影响。将 60例冠心病患者随机分为稳心颗粒治疗组 3 0例和对照组 3 0例 ,分别观察 2组患者治疗前后 QTd,QTcd的变化。结果 :与治疗前比较 ,2组患者治疗后QTd、QTcd均显著减少 ,以稳心颗粒治疗组减少更为明显 ,2组间差异有显著性。结论 :稳心颗粒可有效地降低QTd。

To discuss the effect of Wengxin granule to the QT dispersion(QTd)of the patients with Coronary Heart Disease(CHD).60 cases of the patients with CHD were randonly divided into treating group (30 cases) with Wengxin granule and control group (30 cases) in random,then respectively observing the changes of QTd?QTcd before and after treating in the two groups.The results showed that,QTd?QTcd reduced obviously after treating in the two groups,and the treating group with Wengxin granule reduced more obviously,and the difference of two groups was significant.It indicated that Wengxin granule could reduce QTd effectively and prevent ventricle arrhythmia.
