The Expression and its Meaning of CDK4 and CDK6 on the Coated Tongue Cast-off Cells in Chronic Superficial Gastritis Patients with Splenogastric Hygropyrexia Type

用免疫细胞化学方法 ,观察慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证舌苔脱落细胞 CDK4和 CDK6的表达的意义。结果 :脾胃湿热组患者舌苔脱落细胞 CDK4和 CDK6阳性细胞显著高于脾气虚组和正常对照组 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :CDK4和 CDK6在脾胃湿热证舌苔脱落细胞保持高表达 。

To probe the meaning of coated tongue cast-off cells CDK4 and CDK6 expression in the patients of chronic superficial gastritis with splenogastric hygropyrexia type by immunocytochemistry method.It showed that Positive cells which express CDK4 and CDK6 in splenogastric hygropyrexia group were much more than those in deficiency of spleen-QI group and normal contrast group significantly(P<0.01).The results Adicated that there could be some relationships between the highly expression of CDK4 and CDK6 in splenogastric hygropyrexia group's coated tongue cast-off cells and the TCM syndrome type.
