毛细管气相色谱法测定牛黄上清胶囊中异龙脑的含量

Determining the Content of Isoborneol in Niu Huang Shang Qing Capsule by Capillary Gas Chromatography

探讨可靠的测定牛黄上清胶囊中异龙脑含量的方法。采用 HP-FFAP毛细管柱外标法测定。结果 :异龙脑标准曲线为 Y=682 93 X-948( r=0 .9993 ) ,表明在 0 .0 75～ 3 .0 1 8μg进样范围内 ,具有良好的线性关系 ;平均回收率为 1 0 1 .2 %,RSD为 3 .6%。结论 :该方法灵敏、简便 。

To probe the reliable method for the determination of isoborneol content in Niu Huang Shang Qing capsule,using HP-FFAP capillary column(20 m×0.2 mm×0.3 μm)and external reference method.The standard curve of isoborneol was Y=68293X-948(r=0.9993),which manifested that there was good linear correlation in the sample introduction range of 0.075 μg-3.018 μg;the average recovery was 101.2%,RSD was 3.6%.It indicated that this method is sensitive,convenient and reliable,it can be used to determine the isoborneol content in Niu Huang Shang Qing capsule.
