Effects on improving heart and lung function for middle-aged females by body-building exercise

摘要 通过对 8 0名中年女性实施 12周有氧健身操练习 ,探讨有氧健身操对提高中年女性心肺功能的作用 ,结果发现有氧健身操可降低安静心率与血压 ,提高台阶实验指数 ,增加肺活量 。 The study investigated the effects of body-building exercise on improving female heart and lung functioning. Afler 16-week exercise 60 middle-aged females had decreased their resting heart rate and blood pressure Their step test index and vital lung capacity were increased obviously These results indicated that Body-building exercise is an appropriate method for middle-aged females to improve their heart and lung function
