摘要 为提高企业产品创新能力 ,提出了知识驱动协同创新的产品开发理念。通过创成和吸纳两种方法实现产品协同创新开发 ,创成法采用知识驱动产品创新 ,表现在原理、结构或组合方式上的创新 ;吸纳法采用基于实例的产品变型设计方法 ,设计出较新颖的产品。构建支持产品协同创新开发的异地设计和资源共享平台 ,并研制其原型系统。平缝机开发应用表明 ,协同创新能够有效地利用企业已有的知识资源创造有竞争力的产品 ;在基于知识的工程环境中构建的原型系统具有可操作性和实用价值。 To increase product innovative ability for enterprise, the product development idea of knowledge driven collaborative innovation was presented. By the method of generation and adoption, the product collaborative innovation development (PCID) was realized. The generative method adopts knowledge driven product innovation, and embodies the creation with principle, structure and combined manners. The adoption uses methods of product variety design to create novelty product. The platform of distributed design and resource sharing was built, which supports the PCID, and its prototype system was developed. The application for sewing machine shows that the collaborative innovation can efficiently make use of knowledge resource of enterprise to create product with competition, and the prototype system built in the knowledge based engineering environment has maneuverability and practical value.
