This paper introduces the design of optical system in 10-band radiometer on Chinese Ocean Color Satellite. The radiometer has 10 detect bands ranging from visual to long-wavelength IR with 1.1km resolution at the nadir. The 揔 mirror?image derotating system is used to eliminate the image rotation for the first time.
