The exposition made by comrade Deng Xiaoping on the united front in the new historical period serves as a basis for the Party organizations of enterprises to play their guiding role in organizational building of democratic parties. Therefore, the abovementioned Party organizations should do a good job for the democratic parties on the following 4 aspects : providing uninterrupted support; attending to their work yet without making interference; ensuring organizational soundness yet arrogating no powers; consulting with rather than forcing them in work .
