摘要
通过分析建筑企业的现状,阐述其存在的问题,提出通过进行有关专业的有针对性的培训,运用适当的培训方法,以提高企业适应市场的能力,迎接我国加入WTO的挑战。
Following an analysis of the current status of construction enterprises, the paper goes on the elaborate on the problems encountered in technical training, and points out that training work for specific jobs should be made with appropriate methods. This can enable them to meet the challenge after China's entry into the WTO with their higher adaptability to market demands.
